At GIYIM, every jewelry piece is handcrafted with care using authentic and natural gemstones. We value your trust and want you to love your purchase. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 
       
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
    •    
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of handmade gemstone jewelry and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

 
       
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items
    •    
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Return Process

 

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

 
       
  1. Contact our support team at contact@giyim.in within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using the instructed courier service.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

 

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item:

 
       
  • Email us at contact@giyim.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear images or videos showing the defect or damage.
    •    
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.

5. Refunds

 
       
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    •    
  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as per the policy above and place a new order on giyim.in.
